If you are unhappy with your order or received an incorrect or faulty item, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By purchasing from www.otoplaza.co.za, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
If we deliver a part that is not the one you ordered.
If an item arrives damaged or fails to function as expected.
If the part does not fit your vehicle even after providing correct vehicle details, we will assist in exchanging it.
Returns for “change of mind” are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
A handling fee may apply.
The following items cannot be returned:
Electrical parts (e.g., sensors, alternators, coils) once installed
Items damaged due to incorrect installation
Products used or altered after delivery
Orders older than 7 days unless defective
Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
These restrictions exist to prevent product tampering and ensure customer safety.
You may request a return within:
7 days for non-defective items
14 days for defective or incorrect items
Requests submitted after these periods may not be accepted.
To approve your return, the product must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include original packaging, labels, and accessories
Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
We cover all return shipping costs.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless OTOPLAZA is at fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We allow exchanges for:
Incorrect items
Incompatible items
Defective items
If the replacement part costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
If your parcel is damaged in transit:
Do not accept the package from the courier if visibly damaged
Take clear photos
Notify us immediately at info@otoplaza.co.za
We will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement.
Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by supplier.
Warranties do not cover:
Incorrect installation
Wear-and-tear
Accidental damage
Misuse of parts

If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time:

We will trace the parcel with the courier
If lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund
Order cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
